Good for 1 night due to location but would not book this place again Positive: Fantastic location but a lot of stairs and very difficult to load/ unload all luggage in very narrow road outside Negative: Very poor instructions inside the property on how to turn on heating and boiler for hot water. Also very poor directions to the parking allocated spot which is a long walk from the apartment ( 10 mins)

Fitted our needs perfectly; great view and great location. Positive: Amazing location in the centre of town and the view was fantastic down river to the sea. The accommodation was spacious and I particularly liked the sitting room. There was plenty of space to put clothes etc. in the bedrooms plus useful window ledges here and there for extras if you were staying for longer. Easy wifi and lighting good. Warm in general, considering it was in an exposed location, in January. Kitchen provision was very adequate and there was soap provided in the bathroom. Everything was of good quality for the price. Useful to have a voucher for money off three local restaurants, which we used. Negative: It should have been made clear that the property was on the 3rd floor with no lift. You need to be fit to stay here. Also, the parking is miles away, and on arrival, the parking pass was waiting on the table so I had to walk all the way back to the car with it, having only just arrived. If the pass had been emailed to me, I would have printed it and brought it with me.

Positive: The property is above the Coffee house so very easy and accessible to town. Negative: Parking was a long wsy from the property. On the Winter its worth mentionin that winter parking applies and you can park on the river front. Also a cafetiere in the house would be perfect.

Loved it. Positive: Location and view excellent. Negative: Lots of stairs, but expected as it was 3rd floor.
