Higher Cottage with Parking

Brilliant, would recommend and likely to return! Positive: Lovely home, great location, super comfy beds and nice cosy lounge. Everything spotlessly clean and lots of shower gel! Coffee, tea and milk there which was a fab touch!! Negative: Slippy floors in front room, my partner fell over. No hair dryer - always handy!

Positive: Clean, homely and had everything we needed and perfect for the town centre.

Lovely clean & modern cottage. Positive: The cottage was lovely & clean & great location. Negative: The only thing I could have a little moan at was the sofa looked lovely but not too comfy for a long sit down but other than that it was all brilliant.

Great property but remote to house parking Positive: Lovely 2 bed home in the centre of Dartmouth, quiet road yet everything within easy walking distance. Tv in lounge and one of the bedrooms. Good facilities throughout. Negative: Whilst parking is provided in a car park 5 mins walk away there's none guaranteed next to property. This can make loading and unloading stressful as you may need to double park and block the road to through traffic for a short period. The very frustrating one way systems and tight roads of Dartmouth just add stress when impatient drivers insist on you moving before you've unpacked, so you have to go through the one way system again.You may occasionally get a space outside the property but it's sheer luck if you do! Wouldnt recommend walking from car park to property with your luggage, couple of hilly roads.
