- Do I Need To Pay A Deposit?
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the holiday price is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date must be accompanied by the full amount of the holiday charge and the damage deposit (if requested)
- What holiday insurance do you offer?
- We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance. If you have taken out the optional booking protection cover through us please take a look at the terms and keep for reference in case you need to make a claim: https://documents.bookingprotect.com/terms-and-conditions.pdf If you choose not to take out insurance then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation

- What If I Cancel My Holiday?
- If you cancel more than 6 weeks before your reservation, the deposit will be lost but no further charges will be due. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your reservation then full payment will be due
- Can I Bring A Pet?
- Yes, we allow up to 2 dogs per apartment, the fee for bringing a dog is £10 per night up to 3 nights and £30 for 3+ nights
- Is there parking for the apartments?
- All of Our Properties include 1 parking space in one of our private car parks, which is a 5-10 minutes walk away
- Will I need to bring my own linen & towels?
- We will provide 1 set of towels per guest and all beds will be made up with fresh white linen
- Is internet access available?
- Yes, all Our Properties have free Wi-Fi
- What time do I arrive & depart from the property?
- Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am, you can book an earlier check-in from 12:00pm for an additional £50
- Do we need to clean the property before we leave?
- Please leave the apartment tidy and all rubbish in the bins, dishes washed, and beds kindly stripped
- When will I receive my booking confirmation/directions for the Apartment?
- Confirmation should be sent as soon as the booking is made, and arrival details will be sent 3 days ahead of your stay -
- Is there an Accidental damage deposit and refund?
- No damages deposit is taken, we do require a pre-authorisation of cards to the value of £100 in the event of any damage to the property
- Where do I collect the keys from?
- Your key will be in the key safe outside of your apartment door from your check-in time
- How do you cater for children/babies?
- We have a highchair or travel cot available on request for children (subject to availability)
- What if there is a problem at the apartment?
- We have an out of hours emergency telephone number that will be sent with your arrival details
- What should we do when we leave the property?
- Please leave the keys in the kitchen and the second set in the key safe and take all of your belongings with you
- Do you have apartments suited to guests with accessibility requirements?
- Unfortunately, all of Our Properties are accessed via steps
- Do you have facilities to charge EVs?
- Unforunately we do not have EV charging available
